To maintain active employee engagement, ALCI adopted a multi-faceted strategy.  Focusing on the happiness, well-being, and continued growth of each employee despite challenges and limitations of an evolving work environment. Employee engagement sessions, through training, summits, and conferences, we make investments in the professional growth of our employees in order to foster leadership.

Leaders kept in touch and maintained regular interactions through conferences or virtual meetings. More than being kept abreast of key developments and updates on the business and the organization as a whole, employee engagement sessions were great opportunities for employees to directly ask questions and air concerns to the leadership team. We want our employees to feel valued, engaged, & proud of the growth they experience at ALCI.
